1985 – In 1985, the Cooke family decided to take control of their own destiny by establishing the first farm in New Brunswick, Canada.
1997 – 2021 – Cooke expands its business footprint and operates in US, Newfoundland, Chile, Spain, UK, Scotland, Argentina, Uruguay.
2022 – Cooke Inc. acquires Tassal Group Limited, Australia’s largest vertically integrated seafood producer which distributes and processes salmon, prawns and other seafood in fresh, smoked and frozen categories.
2023 – Cooke Seafood launches in Australia providing a range of imported seafood in frozen, chilled, and cured varieties to the Australian foodservice and consumer market.
